Sky, Soul & Sound is a gathering created to help you reconnect with yourself through the current astrology energy, the stillness of meditation, and the resonance of crystal singing bowls. Each gathering begins with a grounded look at the current astrology and seasonal energy, offering practical insight into the cycles we're moving through. Then we'll settle into a short guided meditation, and allow the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls to create space for rest, reflection, and energetic alignment. We'll close with time for gentle reflection and integration of the energy. Whether you're experienced with meditation and energy work or simply looking for a peaceful place to slow down, you are welcome here. Each 60-minute gathering includes: ✨ Seasonal astrology and energetic insights ✨ Guided meditation and intention setting ✨ Crystal singing bowl sound experience ✨ Reflection and community connection ✨ 2 crystals to take home based on the current astrology There are chairs to sit in but you can feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable while resting on the floor.
