Usui Reiki Level 1 Course

Service Description

Reiki 1 is an introduction to the foundations of Usui Reiki and the practice of working intentionally with Reiki energy for yourself and others. This class is designed to help you not only learn about Reiki, but actually become comfortable using it. We’ll explore what Reiki is, how we experience and work with energy, the foundations and history of the practice, hand positions and techniques, self-Reiki, working with others, and ways Reiki can become part of your everyday life and spiritual practice. This class is approached with a hybrid class style format where we teach Reiki a little differently. Instead of spending most of our in-person class time sitting through lectures- foundational teaching is provided through pre-recorded videos and class materials for you to explore before we meet. That gives us more freedom during our time together to practice. Our in-person class will be experiential and hands-on, with plenty of space for questions, discussion, working with the energy, practicing techniques, and learning what Reiki actually feels like for you. You'll also receive your Reiki 1 attunement as part of the class. Our goal is to make Reiki approachable, grounded, and usable—not something you have to practice perfectly or memorize before you can begin. No previous Reiki or energy-work experience is required. Investment: $222 Or attend both Reiki 1 + Reiki 2 together for $389. This option is available on our booking page as a separate offer. Pre-class videos and materials will be provided after registration. Please plan to complete them before our in-person class.
